Welcome to day #29 of the Intentionally Equitable Hospitality (IEH) series for May 2024! How are you doing today?
Daily Facilitation Tip: Keep track of who’s talking
Today’s video is by Ken Bauer, where he talks about the importance of keeping track of who is talking and who has been giving an opportunity to express their voice and be involved in the conversation. He shares how it helps to get to know the people, which is tricky when you don’t know who’s in a session you’re facilitating for an online conference, talk, virtually connecting meeting, workshop…etc. (which is different from the class session with students). Watch/listen to learn his tips!
