Tanja, a bi-lingual British and Irish national based in Germany, brings nearly 30 years of experience as a coach, facilitator, and communications specialist across various international industries, NGOs, and CSOs.

Her expertise spans regulatory-driven environments, leadership and team development, enterprise-level agile methodologies, and cultural transformation within communities of any form. Tanja is a firm believer that our communication culture is the most crucial, yet often overlooked, driver of success.

Despite not having a conventional educational background, Tanja enjoyed over 10 years on-the-job training in her first position as the translator and PA to the CEO of an international corporation. Passionate about empowering others, she excels in helping individuals recognize and embrace their potential, fostering their personal and professional growth.

Tanja owns her own business, is the chair of coaching collective, has been a qualified climbing instructor and mountain guide for many years, and relishes the learning opportunities she encounters daily.
