
Soha Elzalabany
Dr. Soha Elzalabany is a higher education instructor, researcher, and advocate for inclusive education, affiliated with the American University in Cairo since 2013. She specializes in preparing teachers and school leaders to support academic diversity and inclusion. As the founder of the Tomooh Foundation, she designs academic and psychological services for students with diverse learning profiles. Dr. Elzalabany leads a national initiative for gifted education in Egypt, training educators in both public and private schools to identify and support advanced learners. Her doctoral research at Johns Hopkins University focuses on entrepreneurial leadership and systemic approaches to inclusive education. She also holds a master’s degree in Special and Inclusive Education from the University of London. Through her teaching, consulting, and research, Dr. Elzalabany contributes to national and regional efforts in inclusive curriculum development, teacher training, and policy reform, with a strong emphasis on equity and sustainable integration of all learners into mainstream education.
