Janet Small is currently the manager of the learning design unit in the Centre for Innovation in Learning and Teaching  at the University of Cape Town. She has 20 years experience in educational design for different learners, various contexts and modes of provision. She has a degree in adult education and is passionate about widening access to education and creating the most effective opportunities for learning.
