Diann Selman is a learning designer in the Centre for Innovation in Learning  and Teaching (CILT) at the University of Cape Town. She holds an undergraduate degree in Film & Media Production and a Master’s in Film Studies. Her previous roles have included tutor, teaching assistant, computer laboratory sessions assistant, course convener, and more recently, education technologist. These roles, spanning nearly a decade, have culminated in her current post which, involves course site design and navigation, course redesign, problem solving, and project collaborations within CILT.
