The first version of Haiku Games was created for MYFest 2025. Now the games are back, new and improved, with a wider range of ways to experience and learn about English-language haiku through card games. We will spend the first part of the session playing some games together and also trying out the solitaire games. Then, we will talk about how this game-model can be adapted to other types of learning materials. The games and materials are all available at Haiku.LauraGibbs.net. No advance preparation is required, although people are encouraged to bring their own haiku (haiku that they have written or read) to expand our experience!
