This interactive workshop invites educators, leaders, and higher education faculty to
Explore what it means to lead authentically and inclusively in diverse academic environments. Participants will engage with the paradox of being both authentic to self and radically inclusive of others, particularly in systems where norms, values, and expectations can conflict. Through real-life scenarios and reflective dialogue, participants will examine leadership practices that support organizational systems responsive to academic diversity, including learners with disabilities as well as gifted students.

with inclusive policies and institutional demands.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will:
• Reflect on personal leadership values and how they align or clash with inclusion goals.
• Explore case studies of inclusion dilemmas and paradoxes in leadership.
