Join us for an interactive session where we’ll play the Go Somewhere card game, a hands-on experience designed to spark dialogue around AI metaphors, personal and collective values, and actionable next steps. Through playful exploration and conversation, we’ll reflect on what the metaphors we use to describe AI reveal about our values and consider how to respond to its continued emergence in ways that are rooted in our values, responsive to context, and oriented toward equity.
This session invites participants to explore the metaphors we use to describe artificial intelligence and how those metaphors reflect and shape our values. By engaging with these ideas through play, we’ll consider how to respond to the continued emergence of AI in ways that are rooted in our values, responsive to context, and oriented toward equity.
We’ll play multiple rounds of the Go Somewhere card game, a hands-on, reflective activity designed to spark dialogue around AI metaphors, personal and collective values, and actionable next steps. Each round offers a different lens for exploration, followed by opportunities to reflect, connect, and share insights with others.
Expect an engaging, participatory session—no prior experience with the game or expertise in AI is required. You will leave with an expanded imagination, a clearer sense of how AI intersects with your work and values, and a few ideas for how to take the next step forward in your own context.
